Current Law Summary: (HB 2620; ARS §12-1363, 1361, 1364) Current laws on the books require a purchaser of a home to provide written notice at least 90 days before commencing legal action. This gives the homebuilder time to inspect, repair or replace the defect if it falls within the specifications of the warranty.
